The X1008 is a PCIe-to-double-HDD/SSD expansion board designed specifically for RPi5, delivering both high-capacity and high-speed storage options. It supports 1x 3.5inch HDD plus 2.5inch HDD/SSD, enabling expanded storage for media, backups, and heavy I/O tasks. The board uses a PCIe 3.0 interface with transfer rates up to 5Gbps. Power is supplied by a single DC12V adapter: connect to the DC5521Jack to power the X1008 and the RPi5 together, eliminating the need for a separate power source for the Raspberry Pi. Please note that a 3.5inch HDD requires 12V power.
