WVC-1400W MPPT Grid-Tie Micro Inverter — Aluminum Alloy, IP65 Waterproof, High Efficiency (>99%), 8.27*1.57*14.72inch
Overview: The WVC-1400W MPPT grid-tie microinverter is built for long-term, outdoor PV use. Constructed from aluminum alloy for corrosion resistance and durability, it features IP65 waterproofing and an efficient MPPT system to lock the maximum power point reliably. Performance & Control: This inverter employs a unique circuit design with imported industrial electronic components, an isolated high-frequency transformer and MPPT technology. Conversion efficiency is greater than 99%, delivering fast, sensitive response and stable maximum power point tracking. Digital control is provided by intelligent soft-switching, high-frequency switching power supply technology and a 32-bit DSP full-digital SPWM control platform for strong anti-interference capability and rapid operation. Electrical Safety & Isolation: Input and output are fully electrically isolated; the fully isolated booster circuit improves insulation across the distribution system for safer, more reliable operation. Thermal Design & Durability: A self-cooling arrangement plus dedicated heat-dissipation holes help lower operating temperature, reduce safety risks and extend service life. The IP65 rating also protects against rain and external moisture. Protections: Built-in safeguards include over-temperature protection, under-voltage alarm, under-voltage protection, over-voltage protection, short circuit protection and overload protection. Installation & Flexibility: Compact footprint (8.27*1.57*14.72inch) and use of high-frequency telephone, micro-processing and related technologies make the unit small and lightweight. Multiple inverters can be stacked to form a single-phase parallel system or combined to provide three-phase AC. A detailed manual and installation accessories are provided. Wiring, Input Recommendations & Limits: This is a grid-connected product — the AC output port must be tied to the home grid for power generation. When using solar panels, open-circuit voltage (VOC) should be between 30-48V. It is recommended to size PV array capacity about 20% higher than the inverter rating (example: for a 600W unit, total panel power should be 700-750W; for 1200W, total panel power should be 1200-1400W). When the input source is batteries, recommended battery voltage is 36V (e.g., three 12V batteries in series). Recommended battery current: 36V/10mah for 300W, 36V/20mah for 600W, and 36V/40-45mah for 1200W. Ensure polarity is correct when connecting; do not reverse positive and negative. Keep input and output voltages within the product’s normal operating ranges to achieve proper grid connection. Maintenance & Limitations: No on-board monitoring function is provided. After installation the inverter requires minimal upkeep — aside from occasional cleaning of PV panel dust. Do not dismantle; only qualified maintenance personnel should perform repairs. Safety Notices: Install the inverter per the instructions in a well-ventilated, low-humidity location, clear of flammable or explosive materials. Supervise children to prevent access and potential electric shock. Ensure DC input cables from solar panels, batteries or wind generators are properly connected. Other: Please allow slight color variations due to photography and a 1-3cm measurement tolerance from manual measuring. Ensure you accept these conditions before ordering.
