This listing is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive or other components are included. Because we carry a large inventory, the exact PCB you receive may vary slightly from the photo. Intended use: data recovery and hard drive repair. Important: most hard drive PCBs store unique configuration data in a ROM (memory) chip; that ROM data is required for proper drive operation and must be transferred or reprogrammed onto the replacement board. If the ROM chip can be physically moved, a local computer technician can typically perform the transplant.
