This listing is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. Because we maintain a large inventory of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. The board is intended for hard drive repair or data recovery use. Note: most hard drive PCBs contain unique information stored in a ROM "memory" chip; that ROM data is required for correct drive operation and must be transferred or reprogrammed onto the replacement board. If relocation of the ROM chip is possible, a local computer technician can typically perform the transplant.
