This sale is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) only — no hard drive is included. Because we maintain a large inventory of PCBs, the actual board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Intended use: replacement boards are supplied for HDD repair and data recovery tasks. To confirm whether a replacement PCB will resolve your issue, follow our hard drive diagnostics guide and verify compatibility using the Donor Matching Guide. Important technical note: most hard drive PCBs contain unique data stored in a ROM "memory" chip that is required for normal drive operation. That ROM chip or its data must be transferred or programmed onto the replacement board. If you cannot perform this yourself, a local computer repair specialist can typically transplant the chip.
