This listing is for the hard drive PCB / logic board ONLY — no hard drive is included. Because we maintain a large inventory, the actual circuit board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Intended use: HDD repair or data recovery. Important: most hard drive circuit boards contain unique data stored in the ROM "memory" chip that is required for proper operation. The ROM chip or its contents must be transferred to the replacement board. If the chip can be physically moved, a local computer technician can typically perform the transplant.
