This sale is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. Because we maintain a large inventory of PCBs, the exact board shipped may vary slightly from the photo. Intended for HDD repair and data recovery use. Most drive PCBs contain unique information stored in a ROM "memory" chip that is required for correct drive operation; the ROM chip or its data must be transferred to the replacement board. If the ROM can be moved, a local computer technician should be able to perform the transfer.
