This listing is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / Logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. Because we stock a large number of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. These replacement PCBs are intended for hard drive repair and data-recovery use. Most hard drive PCBs contain unique information stored in the ROM "memory" chip; that data is required for the drive to function correctly. The ROM chip itself or its contents must be moved or copied to the replacement board — a local computer technician can typically perform that task.
