This listing is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no complete hard drive is included. Because we stock a large quantity of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. The PCB is intended for use in hard drive repair or data recovery. Important: most hard drive circuit boards contain unique data stored in a ROM ("memory") chip that is required for proper operation. That ROM chip, or its contents, must be transferred to the replacement board. If the chip can be moved, a local computer technician can typically perform the transplant.
