Listing is for a hard drive circuit board (PCB, Logic board) ONLY. No hard drive is included! We have a large quantity of these PCBs in stock, so the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the pictured unit. This PCB is supplied for hard drive repair and data recovery use only. Before ordering, confirm that a replacement PCB will resolve your issue by using our hard drive diagnostics guide, and verify compatibility with the Donor Matching Guide. Important: most hard drive PCBs contain unique information stored in the ROM (memory) chip. That ROM data is required for the drive to operate correctly. The ROM chip or its data must be transferred to the replacement circuit board. If you are unable to do this yourself, a local computer professional can usually perform the transfer. For customers with purchases of $60 or more, we provide a complimentary adaptation service which includes either transplanting the ROM chip onto the new PCB or reprogramming the replacement board with the correct ROM data.
