This listing is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. Because we stock a large number of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. This PCB is intended for data recovery and hard drive repair work. Before purchasing, confirm that a replacement board will resolve your issue by following our Hard Drive Diagnostics Guide, and verify compatibility using the Donor Matching Guide. Important: many hard drive PCBs contain unique data stored in a ROM "memory" chip that is required for correct operation. The ROM chip or its data must be transferred to the replacement board. If transfer of the chip is possible, a local computer technician can usually perform the procedure.
