Item is the hard drive printed circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive included. Compatible with WD1600JD-00GBB0 (2061-701590-F00 01PD3) SATA 3.5 drives. We maintain a large stock, so the actual PCB you receive may vary slightly from the pictured board. This PCB is intended for use in hard drive repair and data recovery applications. Before purchasing, confirm that replacing the PCB will resolve your issue by following our hard drive diagnostics guide, and verify part compatibility using the Donor Matching Guide. Many hard drive PCBs contain unique configuration stored in a ROM "memory" chip; that information is required for correct drive operation and must be transferred to or programmed onto the replacement board. If the ROM chip can be physically moved, a local computer technician should be able to perform the transplant. For customers with orders of $60 or more, we provide a complimentary adaptation service that includes either moving the ROM chip to the new PCB or reprogramming the new circuit board with the proper ROM data.
