This listing is for the hard drive printed circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. Due to our large inventory, the actual PCB shipped may differ slightly from the photo. These boards are supplied for hard drive repair and data recovery purposes. Many drive PCBs contain unique information stored in a ROM "memory" chip that is required for proper operation; that ROM chip or its data must be transferred to the replacement board. If the chip can be moved, a local computer technician can typically perform the transplant.
