This listing is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — the hard drive itself is not included. Compatible with WD SATA 3.5 drives and referenced by part numbers WD1600AAJS-75M0A0, 2061-701590-F00 and 01PD6. Because we stock a large quantity of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Intended use: data recovery and hard drive repair. Important: most hard drive PCBs contain unique information stored in a ROM "memory" chip; this ROM data is required for the drive to operate correctly. The ROM chip or its data must be transferred to the replacement board. If the ROM chip can be physically moved, a local computer technician can usually perform the transplant.
