This sale is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — model WD10EACS-22D6B0, part 2061-701537-R00 AD for WD 3.5" SATA drives. No hard drive or additional components are included. Due to a large inventory, the actual PCB shipped may differ slightly from the photo. Intended use: hard drive repair or data recovery. Before ordering, confirm that a replacement PCB will address your problem by following our hard drive diagnostics guide and verify compatibility using the Donor Matching Guide. Important: most hard drive PCBs hold unique information in a ROM ("memory") chip that is required for correct drive operation. The ROM chip or its contents must be transferred to the replacement board, or the new board must be reprogrammed with the correct ROM data. If you cannot perform the transfer yourself, a local computer technician can usually move the chip.
