Product is the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — the hard drive is not included. Because we keep a large inventory of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. This PCB is intended for use in hard drive repair or data recovery scenarios. Most of these boards contain unique ROM data that is required for the drive to operate correctly; that ROM chip or its contents must be moved to the replacement board or reprogrammed. If moving the chip is possible, a qualified local computer technician should be able to perform the transfer.
