Display support: Drive a single 8K@30Hz display or multiple 4K@60Hz screens — dual, triple or quad 4K setups are supported with extend and mirror modes. Both Windows and Mac OS allow extend, mirror, rotation and clamshell display modes. Note: for the highest-resolution monitors, plug them into the Thunderbolt 4 ports rather than the HDMI/DisplayPort video stream outputs. Important driver and Mac note: HDMI/DP video stream ports require the latest DisplayLink driver — please download it from the DisplayLink official website before using those ports. M1/M2-based Macs are limited to a single video output from the three Thunderbolt 4 ports; the HDMI and DP video stream ports will still operate normally on those machines.
