No rating yet(0 ratings)Walker 16707 is a direct-fit, bolt-on catalytic converter in Walker Exhaust Systems. It is listed for select 2012-2016 Hyundai Elantra and 2011-2013 Kia Sorento vehicles. OE-style hangers, brackets, routing and heat shields allow installation without specialized fabrication or welding.
Its washcoat and precious-metal load are designed to reduce tailpipe emissions to match the vehicle application and keep the check-engine light off for emissions codes. It has thick flanges, hangers and brackets, plus aluminized heat shields when originally equipped to protect the undercarriage from converter heat. It is EPA compliant for OBDII vehicles from 1996 onward.
It is not legal for sale or use in CA or CO; in NY and ME, it is legal only on vehicles with federal EPA emissions equipment. Check state aftermarket converter regulations. SKU sku-201672178; UPC 086387167079.
