The new, unused jar is made of BPA-free molded plastic with a handle, pouring spout and OEM-standard capacity for select KitchenAid countertop blenders. It holds ingredients for blending, pouring and serving. Alternate part numbers are AP6003989, W10627688 and PS11731614.
Verify compatibility with your blender model before purchase. Unplug the blender before fitting or removing the jar, wash it with warm soapy water before first use, then align the base with the coupler and twist to lock. Check that the jar is secure before use.
