Overview: This motorized flip-down ceiling mount from VIVO is designed for 37" to 70" televisions and supports the following VESA patterns: 200x100, 200x200, 300x200, 300x300, 400x200, 400x300, 400x400, 600x200, 600x300, or 600x400mm. Please Note: For TVs over 65", the VESA holes must be centered to ensure adequate clearance from the ceiling. Height & Controls: The unit offers powered height adjustment and comes with an RF remote that has a wide range and will operate from anywhere in the room. The RF remote includes 2 programmable memory settings. The mount itself also features 3 memory settings for quick positioning. Smart Operation: Connect the mount to the Tuya mobile app and control vertical movement from your phone, or use voice commands through Amazon Alexa or Google Home for hands-free adjustments. Tilt & Leveling: Fine-tune your screen with manual tilt from 0° to -80° and use the +3° to -3° screen leveling to get the perfect viewing angle. Build & Capacity: Constructed from solid steel, this ceiling mount supports up to 99 lbs and is built for long-term durability. Ceiling Compatibility & Installation: Suitable for flat and pitched ceilings and compatible with wood joist, solid wood, and concrete installations. Do not install to drywall alone.
