Important: This is a legacy analog CCTV camera — it is not wireless or WiFi, and it is not compatible with HD systems. It is designed to operate as part of a traditional analog security setup and will not function by itself. You must connect it to equipment such as an analog DVR (Digital Video Recorder), appropriate cabling and a monitor (not included). If you have an older DVR system (~10 years or older) this camera is suitable; new users looking for HD or network cameras should not purchase this model. Optics & Imaging: Built around a 1/3" SONY Effio CCD with color DSP and automatic CDS, this dome produces a horizontal resolution of 700 TV lines. The fixed f 3.6mm wide-angle lens provides broad coverage. In daytime it records in color and it switches to black-and-white in low light via an advanced day/night mode. Night Vision & Sensitivity: Equipped with 28 IR LEDs, the unit delivers night-time illumination and can achieve 0.0 Lux when the IR is active. Signal format is NTSC. Construction & Installation: The camera is housed in weatherproof aluminum for reliable indoor or outdoor use and can be mounted to a ceiling or wall. Installation is straightforward—plug-and-play using the provided cables. Connections & Power: Video output uses a BNC connector and power is supplied via a 2.1 mm center-positive power plug.
