VEVOR SHHM-12-30 Red 30 sq ft Mat Kit sku-17478408448

The Red VEVOR SHHM-12-30 is a 30 sq ft electric radiant floor heating mat listed under Smart Energy and Lighting as sku-17478408448 (UPC 199412971715). It provides even warmth from below without the dry, stale heat described for conventional heaters. The kit includes a mat, digital touchscreen thermostat, installation monitor, floor temperature sensor and installation and user manual.

Cable size is 1.6 x 19.2 ft / 50.0 x 584.6 cm. Heating runs have 2" spacing, and the mat is 1/8 inch thick. Double-sided adhesive holds it flat on the subfloor. Do not cut the cable; embed the heating wires in self-leveling underlayment, thin-set mortar or cement.

The thermostat has a built-in GFCI, senses air and floor temperatures, records power use and has a child lock, four control modes and a 7-day schedule. The monitor checks cable integrity during installation before the floor is covered. The sizing guidance says to round up, while its example pairs a 2.6 square meter floor with a 2 square meter mat to avoid excess coverage.

The mat is suitable under ceramic tile, natural stone, laminate or wood floors.
