VEVOR SC-102V Silver Kitchen Appliances sku-16695361175

The VEVOR SC-102V is a Silver commercial countertop deep fryer listed under Kitchen Appliances. This 2-tank, 3000W fryer has separate tanks for cooking different foods without mixing their flavors. Each tank holds up to 11.6Qt/11L of water or 8.5Qt/8L of oil. Dual heating elements heat the oil, and a timer and adjustable controls set temperatures from 122°F to 392°F (50-200°C).

The fryer shuts off if the temperature exceeds 446℉ (230℃) or the temperature controller fails. Each basket has a coated, cool-touch handle and a front hook for draining oil; a cover helps limit splashes. The heating tube flips up for cleaning, the stainless steel exterior can be wiped down, and a front-mounted drain valve releases oil. Peel off the white protective film before use.

Make sure the machine is clean, cool and dry before storing it, and use separate socket plates for each of its 2 plugs. SKU: sku-16695361175. UPC: 199412395931.
