VEVOR SHHM-12-20 Red 20 sq ft Mat | sku-17569362528

The VEVOR SHHM-12-20 Red floor-heating kit covers 20 sq ft. Listed under Smart Energy and Lighting as sku-17569362528, UPC 199412971784, it includes a heating mat, touchscreen thermostat, alarm, floor temperature sensor and installation monitor. The cable size is 1.6 x 13.1 ft / 50.0 x 398.4 cm.

The system heats from the floor to reduce the stuffiness and dryness associated with conventional heaters. The 1/8 inch-thick mat has double-sided adhesive to hold it flat on the subfloor. Its mesh can be cut, rotated and flipped to fit a layout with 2" spacing, but the cable must not be cut. Embed the heating wires in self-leveling underlayment, thin-set mortar or cement.

The thermostat has an integrated GFCI, air and floor sensing, power logging, a child lock, four temperature-control modes and a 7-day schedule. The installation monitor tests the cable during installation. The supplied size-selection example says a 2.6-square-meter floor requires a 2-square-meter mat to avoid excess coverage. An installation and user guide is included.

The mat can be installed beneath ceramic tile, natural stone, laminate or wood flooring.
