The White ‎FitFighter Training Steelhose is a 5-in-1 Strength Training free weight, sku-16663219251, UPC 762473718294. Made from real fire hose filled with steel shot, it can be used like a dumbbell, kettlebell, sandbag, medicine ball or sledgehammer. The system is designed for balance, rotational movement and core strength, with indoor and outdoor use on surfaces including dirt, grass, turf, cement, sand and gym floors. The FitFighter app offers live interactive workouts and programs for beginners through experienced athletes and trainers. A free 10-day trial requires sign-up; an in-app purchase is required afterward.

FitFighter is veteran-owned, and its products are assembled in New York. The products were originally developed to help first responders prepare for their work. Workout ideas and form videos are available on the company's website.
