What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

What shouldn't I ask?

Posts must be product questions or answers. Do not post about shipping or delivery, availability, a specific order, customer service, or material that violates our community rules. Use our FAQ or your account for order and support help. Links and contact information are not allowed in submissions.

Important notes and safety: 1. Verify the battery model and part number before ordering by checking the label on the original battery. If you are unsure, please contact us to prevent an incorrect purchase. 2. Always charge the battery with the original or a reliable charger. 3. Do not dispose of the battery in fire or water. 4.

Avoid exposing the battery to high temperatures 140°F/60°C and keep its charge level between 5%-95%. 5. New Lithium Ion batteries must be FULLY CHARGED and FULLY DISCHARGED 2 to 3 times, before being FULLY CONDITIONED. Remember that full performance and maximum lifespan are reached only after 2 to 3 complete charge and discharge cycles.

After this initial conditioning you should not need to repeat it. 6. Prevent short-circuits. Accidental short-circuiting can occur when a metallic object (for example a coin, clip, or pen) bridges the positive(+) and negative(-) terminals; short-circuiting may damage the battery or the contacting object. 7. If the battery will be kept on standby, store it in a cool, dry place. Shipment: 1.
