The unit has no metal shield, making its circuit structure accessible for study, but other signals can interfere with measurements above 300M. It is recommended for learning and for use at lower frequencies. Dynamic range is better than 70dB for the 50k-300MHz direct-output range, better than 50dB in the 300M-600MHz band and better than 40dB in the 600M-900M band. It is small and portable.
