Urethane Supply Polyvance 3701-4 is a Black, 1 qt pourable Bumper & Cladding Color Coat in the 3700 Series. The low-VOC, solvent-based liquid is formulated to restore color to faded, marred or stained molded-in-color textured TPO and polypropylene bumpers, side cladding and trim on cars, trucks and SUVs. Clean and spray it on the recommended substrates; it requires no adhesion promoter or sanding there. It is not recommended over raw polyurethane (PUR) or OEM-primed bumpers without sanding.
