Spot-clean stains promptly with mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly and blot dry; the listing also recommends Resolve for spot cleaning. Rotate the rug for even wear. A carpet shampooer may be used if the rug is dried immediately and evenly. The rug may arrive rolled or folded with creases that normally flatten in 3-7 days. To work out creases, roll it pattern side up and massage them by hand.

For stubborn creases, place a damp towel over the back of the crease and iron the towel on the synthetic setting.
