UGT-PCE430-2C Dual-Chip 4-Port USB 3.0 PCIe Host Card — 5Gbps

The UGT-PCE430-2C is a PCIe host card outfitted with two dedicated USB 3.0 controller chips to provide four independent USB 3.0 ports with up to 5Gbps transfer speeds. It installs into a PCI Express x4 slot and conforms to PCI-Express 2.0 specifications to take advantage of wider lanes and higher throughput. All four ports support UASP devices for improved performance, and the card permits simultaneous use of USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and USB 1.1 peripherals to maintain backward compatibility. A hot-swapping capability lets you connect or disconnect devices without powering down the system. For installation flexibility, both Standard and Low Profile brackets are included so the card fits full-size and small form factor systems. Driver and OS support includes Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1, Server 2012, 2008 R2, 2003, and Linux Kernel 2.6.31 or later.
