Seamless carbon steel tubes have an end-to-end E-coating and a heavy textured powder finish to help keep out dirt and water and protect against rust and corrosion. The textured finish gives the steps an off-road appearance. Driver- and passenger-side boards, mounting brackets and hardware are included.
They bolt to the rocker panel without drilling; minor cutting of the plastic floor cover is required. Installation is listed at 20 minutes. Weight capacity is 500 lb, and ground clearance is approximately 8 in. Tyger provides a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects for US customers.
