Built for industrial deployments, the Tycon Systems TP-DCDC-2456GD-BT is a Gigabit-capable, high-power DC-to-DC converter and PoE inserter that complies with IEEE802.3bt and supports 802.3at. It delivers 56VDC PoE on all 8 Ethernet wires (4 Pair) to meet the new 802.3bt Power over Ethernet requirements while remaining backward compatible with 802.3at and 802.3af devices. The unit is a low-cost solution where 18-36VDC is available, and its isolated input and output allow operation in either negative-ground or positive-ground systems.
