Full-height EATX FF server board (12" x 13.1") based on the Intel C621A chipset for LGA4189 processors. Designed for heavy-memory workloads, it offers 16 DIMM slots supporting DDR4 ECC RDIMM modules at DDR4-3200. Expansion and storage: 64 PCIe Gen.4 lanes are exposed via riser cards, including a PCIe x16 OCP v2.0 LAN mezzanine slot (Type 1). For NVMe storage and add-in cards it provides four PCIe x4 SlimSAS connectors and one M.2 slot compatible with NVMe 22110 / 2280 / 2242 modules. Networking and management: dual 1000Base-T LAN ports plus a dedicated 1000Base-T IPMI port are onboard for connectivity and remote management. System management is handled by an AST2500 BMC with IPMI 2.0 and Redfish support.
