TSH-735i PoE Serial Port Sharing & Baud Rate / Modbus RTU Converter — 3 Isolated RS-485 Ports
The compact TSH-735i provides serial-port sharing, baud-rate translation and Modbus RTU/ASCII protocol conversion in a low-power, small-footprint unit with PoE and DC jack redundant power inputs. It features three isolated RS-485 ports and a built-in HTTP web server for straightforward configuration. Key capabilities: - Baud rate conversion: enables a single master to communicate with slave devices that use different baud rates and data formats. Most query–response (half-duplex) protocols are supported in raw data mode. - Modbus RTU/ASCII conversion: lets a Modbus RTU/ASCII master talk to Modbus RTU/ASCII slaves that use different protocols, baud rates or data formats. - Two masters sharing one slave: two masters on different serial ports can access the same slave devices. Queries are queued inside the tSH-700 module and handled sequentially. - Raw data mode: supports protocols such as DCON and other query–response schemes. Full-duplex links will operate provided each serial port’s built-in buffer (512 bytes) is not exceeded. Additional features: - Read-cache for faster response times - Automatic RS-485 direction control - Redundant power: PoE plus DC jack - Tiny form-factor and low power consumption Different serial ports may use different baud rates and data formats, and you can use Modbus mode for protocol conversion or raw data mode for DCON and similar protocols.
