The Red Tropow ttra3-08 is a 2-in-1 Strength Training bench with a preacher curl pad and roman chair. Use barbells or dumbbells for bicep curls and arm and forearm training, or do hyperextensions for the lower back, glutes, hamstrings and legs. Its carbon steel frame supports up to 440lbs and has a triangular frame, U-shaped base and anti-slip stabilizers.

The foam foot holder has 4 height options; the preacher curl pad, barbell and dumbbell holders, and seat have 5 adjustable positions.
