Is it possible to purchase only the LOTO station without the lockout tagout devices? This lockout tag out station comes with a complete set of LOTO devices and supplies. An empty LOTO board measuring 16 1/4" x 12 3/8" x 2 5/8" is available separately. 2. How many padlocks can this station accommodate? This lock out board has (14) shackle holders designated for padlocks and hasps. Each shackle holder can hold (2) locks. If you need more space, we have padlock stations that can accommodate either 10, 12, or 20 lockout locks. 3. If more than one set is purchased, are the padlocks on the additional sets keyed the same as the first set? No. Each set comes with keyed different padlocks. Additional sets will have unique keys. 4. How to get replacement keys? We do not keep a spare key for any of our locks. In case the key is lost, you may destroy the padlock to remove it from the locked out machine/equipment while strictly following proper LOTO procedures and with the approval of authorized supervisors. 5. Can more lockout & tagout products be added to this station? This station is sized to fit only the LOTO devices included; thus, there may be limited space for additional supplies.
