Is it possible to purchase only the LOTO station without the lockout tagout devices? All TRADESAFE lock out tag out stations come with a complete set of lockout tagout devices and supplies, except for our steel storage cabinet. The cabinet is available in two options: with or without LOTO devices included. 2. What is the maximum number of LOTO padlocks that this station can hold? Our medium lock out board has (4) hooks allotted for padlocks and (1) for a hasp. Each hook can hold (2) locks. If you need more space, we have padlock stations that can accommodate either 10, 12, or 20 lockout locks. 3. If more than one set is purchased, are the padlocks on the additional sets keyed the same as the first set? No. Each set comes with keyed different padlocks. Additional sets will have unique keys. 4. How to get replacement keys? We do not keep a spare key for any of our locks. In case the key is lost, you may destroy the padlock to remove it from the locked out machine/equipment while strictly following proper LOTO procedures and with the approval of authorized supervisors. 5. Can more lockout & tagout products be added to this station? This lock out tag out kit station is sized to fit only the LOTO devices included; thus, there may be limited space for additional supplies.
