The waterproof, seam-taped shell has a DWR coating and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura® polyester. 1000D nylon ripstop reinforces the crotch, seat and knees. 4-way stretch panels allow movement at the inner leg, rear waist gusset, back of the knees and lower thigh. Leather inner legs add grip and protection from engine heat. A high-rise rear yoke helps close the gap between jacket and pants. The full-length zip-out thermal liner has 75g polyfill. Upper-thigh intake vents and vents behind the legs provide airflow when the liner is removed. The pants have CE Level-2 Safe-Tech knee armor, removable EVA foam hip pads, waterproof hand pockets and cargo pockets. Unzip the cuffs to step in; adjustable waist belts, calf straps and cuff closures help set the fit.
