The Titan Fitness PullUpBarHD-WOODRING8 set includes a Black wall-mounted pull-up bar and solid wood gymnastic rings for Strength Training. The rings support exercises such as dips, pull-ups, muscle-ups and rows, which work the deltoids, biceps, triceps and abs. Each ring has a 9.25 in outer diameter, an 8 in inner diameter and a 1.25 in thickness.

The rings weigh about 4 lbs and have a weight capacity of 600 lbs. The included cam buckle straps are 15 ft long and 1.5 in wide; they can be placed over a tree branch, pull-up bar or power rack and wrapped up for storage.
