Adjust the handles from 7.8 to 14.8-in apart. EASY INSTALLATION: Bolted to the rack with (4) M16 Bolts, this bar can be secured in any direction front to ack or side to side. DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: The Adjustable Handle Pull Up Bar is made from heavy-duty 2-in x 2-in 11-GA steel and powder-coated black for a long-lasting finish. DIMENSIONS: The Pull-Up Bar has an overall length of 42-inches and an overall height of 7.24-inches. The handle grip diameter is 25 mm.
