Tiesta Tea Japanese Sencha Tea (sku-5529490037; UPC 816960024983) is 100% pure, unblended, medium-caffeinated loose-leaf green tea from Kagoshima, Japan. Kagoshima is Japan's second-largest tea-producing region; its climate supports tea and fruit cultivation, and the region is known for processing green tea.

Grown in full sunlight, unlike shade-grown matcha and gyokuro, this sencha has grassy, vegetal notes and can be served hot or iced. The reusable, airtight 16oz Bulk Pouch - 200 Cups holds enough tea for 140-200 cups and can be kept on a countertop or given as a gift. To brew, use 1.5 tsp per 8 oz of water at 195 degrees Fahrenheit. Steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the leaves.

Tiesta Tea also offers seasonal loose-leaf blends for colder months, with flavors for personal use or holiday gatherings.
