Supports Thunderbolt and USB4 hosts and can drive dual displays via its two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports (dual 4K@60Hz). Before use, confirm your laptop’s Thunderbolt ports are capable of dual 4K@60Hz output, update your GPU drivers, and verify your monitors support 4K@60Hz. Use high-quality Thunderbolt 4 or USB4 cables for best results (not included). To avoid a drop in display resolution caused by bandwidth limits, do not connect the HDMI port first — plug the Thunderbolt/USB-C display connections before using HDMI. Power delivery uses a dynamic PD profile up to 96W for device charging; check the laptop manufacturer’s power supply specifications beforehand. If a laptop requires more than 96W, the dock’s overload protection may engage and some ports could stop working or disconnect. HDMI 2.1 output supports up to 8K30Hz. The Ethernet RJ45 port supports up to 2.5Gbps (approximately 300 Megabytes per sec). Keep in mind Thunderbolt bandwidth is shared across connected devices, so display resolutions and LAN speeds can be reduced when multiple high-bandwidth peripherals are in use. When the dock is fully loaded it may reach 122°F/50°C in operation, which is normal for this type of device.
