These passive TS80C units are driven directly from a home receiver or amplifier and provide full-range 2-way performance. Drivers and audio performance: 8" woven fiber woofers with butyl rubber surrounds, pivoting silk dome tweeters, and 2nd order 12dB per octave crossovers. Frequency response is 32Hz-20 kHz with 92dB at 8ohm. Installation and construction: pressure-lock mounting system secures tightly to drywall; fits a round speaker hole size of 9.625" with a mounting depth of 3.5625" and an overall diameter of 11.0625". Spring-loaded raw wire connections simplify wiring. Housings and removable grills are ABS and may be painted to match your décor. System requirements: any home audio receiver or amp with raw speaker wire outputs; amplifier power must be no less than 10 and no more than 250 watts per channel. Use CL3 rated in wall certified raw speaker wire to connect your receiver to the speakers.
