Slate-grey wired outdoor rock speaker set (passive 2-way) built to handle rain, snow, salt, ice, pool chemicals and other harsh conditions. Installation is straightforward — splice CL3 rated wire to the speaker wire leads and connect to your home audio receiver or amplifier. Both the bass woofers and the tweeters are angled 20 degrees upward to project sound toward listeners. Audio components include deluxe 8 inch poly mica woofers with butyl rubber surrounds and sealed voice coils, plus ferro fluid cooled soft dome tweeters for clear, sharp reproduction. Frequency response is 50Hz-20 kHz with 97dB sensitivity at 8ohm. Physical size for each wired rock speaker is (H x W x D) 13.5" × 12" × 12". System requirements: a home audio receiver or amplifier rated 10-250 watts per channel. Use CL3 rated 16 gauge raw wire for runs under 40 feet and 14 gauge wire for runs over 40 feet.
