Place seeds in damp gauze until they germinate (keep gauze moist). 3. Wet the sponge, add water to half its depth, then add nutrient solution (not included). Insert germinated seeds into the sponge holes (keep sponge moist, in sunlight and ventilated). 4. Transplant after 3–4 true leaves appear. 5. Cut the sponge into small pieces, place them in planting baskets, and set the baskets into the planting tube holes. Important Notes: - Nutrient solutions, seeds and other planting supplies are not included. - A water tank is not supplied; a household bucket of about 6.6 Gal can be used as a reservoir. An opaque tank with a lid is recommended. - Protect seeds from light before germination and begin adding nutrient solution promptly after germination while keeping the sponge moist. - Ensure the planting location receives sufficient sunlight (direct sunlight not less than 4 hours); if natural light is insufficient, use grow lights. - Maintain enough water in the reservoir so the pump remains submerged; running dry can damage the pump. - Assemble and install on a stable surface to ensure shelf stability. - Read the manual before use and follow the safety instructions. - Allow for slight color variation due to photography and a 1-3cm measurement tolerance; please confirm these before ordering.
