The upper hook may be rotated 360 degrees, provided that the lower hook is not lifting any heavy loads. Before lifting, please inspect the hooks to see whether they are securely attached, and the load suspension at the hook tie is not permissible. Please do not use it over the maximum load. The load chain should be kept vertically straight without any twist to ensure safety. Please do not use other power but manpower to operate this item.
