Other features include an induction-hardened, triple-chrome-plated rod, a large-diameter piston to help lower internal operating temperatures, an oil block and seal to contain fluids, a travel limiter to reduce over-compression impact, double-welded eyelets, rubber bushings and a black e-dipped finish that resists salt and other corrosives.
