The TA8152A is a portable digital sound level meter for checking audio levels in a wide range of environments: factories, workshops, traffic roads, residences, office areas, office buildings, restaurants, schools, classrooms, libraries and audio setups. It provides accurate decibel readings (40–130dB) on a clear LCD and features over-range warning indicators that alert you when measured levels exceed the instrument’s limits. Built using multiple composite processes, the housing is non-slip and engineered to be drop-proof, dust-proof and waterproof for durable field use. The unit uses a miniature condenser microphone sensor; the sound head is protected so accidental drops will not prevent normal operation.
