What this is: Synchron 37944L 24 Volt Replacement Motor for Ztech and Buetler applications - this motor turns left (counterclockwise rotation). Other applications: For recessed plenum applications, use of one each of the blue (38572R) and yellow (37944L) wire motors - one rotates right and one rotates left. Other Synchron motors are 120 volts, have rectangular damper shafts, differing sized or no cross bars, and differing widths and lengths of "cuffs" at the bottom of the damper shaft.
