Exercise bands are effective when used alone or with handles and anchors. Made with Thermoplastic Elastomer, which gives the bands the same tear and burst strength as a Latex-band. They are a well-known staple of most physical therapy offices, clinics and gyms because they are durable, textured for easy gripping. Individual strips can be reused repeatedly. Bands are available in 8 levels of resistance for progressive exercise. Levels range in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, gold.
